A fake stack of photographs made by Serge Maandag.

I made this by first stitching my images to create a so called Partial Panorama. After that I extracted snapshots from the panorama and gave the a bit of barrel distortion. I stacked the extracted images in individual layers and gave them a drop shadow.

The idea was to create the illusion of a stack of photographs that almost seemed to fit to one panorama. The illusion would be stronger if I added some gloss to the individual images and I should have distorted the edges of the images somewhat. But basicaly it's there.
