Panotools supports fisheye images as input and output.

As input the possible fisheye projections are (will be)
# 2 - Fisheye Equidistance Circular
# 3 - Fisheye Equidistance full-frame
# 8 - Fisheye Orthographic full-frame
# 10 - Fisheye Stereographic full-frame
# 19 - Fisheye Equisolid full-frame

As output the possible fisheye projections are
# 3 - Fisheye Equidistance full-frame
# 4 - Fisheye Stereographic full-frame
# 9 - Lambert Azimuthal
output from PanoTools is not limited to 180 deg.
