Panorama Tools is a high quality and free panorama stitching software package.

They a hard to used on its own, but Hugin(free), PTAssembler(shareware) and PTGui(shareware) provide easy to use graphical user interfaces for them.

Both [PTGui] and [PTAssembler] provide easy to use windows installers.
