::Good point. No link available since I got this information directly from Nabble. There was some exchange of emails and I don't think I can cite that fully in public. I can report that Nabble wasn't able to stop him from killing the old panotools archive due to their terms of service. Thomas,

I have asked you nicely for months to remove the redirection splash pages and the pages Erik created that slanders me and the PanoTools group. (History / Debunk) I have tried to move on and rebuild the PanoTools group that your group of friends raided and tried to assume it's identity. If Ian wouldn't have reassigned our domain identity and your group would have maintained it's direction by becoming the peer support group for the Panorama Tools group, this would have been a natural split. You own the www.panoramatools.org URL which currently points to www.panotools.org. and claim to be the preferred group of the Panorama Tools Source Forge project. The PanoTools group is an establish group / entity that you had no right to assume it's identity or resources.

You have been terrorizing me and the PanoTools group since you left. You have made this personal and as a result hurt the members you are suppose to serve.

I have taken the steps to have the www.panotools.org site taken down if the PanoTools mailing list archives (April 2003 - July 2006) are not removed from the combined archives. Your hosting provider has been notified of the stolen content being hosted on this site. To save the NG copy of the PanoTools wiki and the NG archives, I would highly recommend that the PanoTools groups mailing list posts be removed.

I find it interesting that the reason this group was started was to be an open, democratic environment where each member had equal say. As it turned out, the NG management didn't follow through on the Verein, or bother to keep the group informed of any decisions the moderators have made since the group was created. I think the NG members need fresh faces and people that will keep their promises they make to the group.

Possible Changes

Unreliability

'Since then JS policy is not reliable. One day he offers peace: [23] the other he spreads wild accusations - mostly on his site (No link here, since articles come and go there).'

Suggest change to 'Since then JS has acted in a very unreliable manner. One day he offers peace: [23] the next he spreads wild accusations, mostly on his site, the next he removes the accusations again (hence no link).'

Good suggestions, thanks --Erik Krause 21:23, 23 November 2006 (CET)

Note that I've not used the wiki before, so someone might need to do tidy up this page afterwards...

No fears --Erik Krause 21:24, 23 November 2006 (CET)

Changing the managment

little typo: managment -> management --Carl 23:03, 23 November 2006 (CET)

Short history

Is "refused to accept the help of..." better instead of "...and refused the help of..."? --Carl 23:06, 23 November 2006 (CET)

External incidents

Should we add that as a result of his ongoing improper usage of NG's content he was banned from using Nabble? --Carl 23:07, 23 November 2006 (CET)

I didn't know to which amount he was banned and the circumstances. Do you have a link to a message or something? --Erik Krause 23:58, 23 November 2006 (CET)
Good point. No link available since I got this information directly from Nabble. There was some exchange of emails and I don't think I can cite that fully in public. I can report that Nabble wasn't able to stop him from killing the old panotools archive due to their terms of service.
