- math tag enabled see meta:Help:Math
- upload for atn, zip and mov files enabled

- changed mysql config to allow searches for words with >=2 letters

- added templates for rating star system
- Template:RateStar (rating stars) use {{RateStar|1}} for one star, {{RateStar|2}} for two stars and so on
- Template:RateText (rating text) use {{RateText|1}} for "Basic need" and so on
- Template:RatingStarSystem (rating system description) use {{RatingStarSystem}} for a short description of the different rating stars
