There are (at least) two programs that provide a graphical user interface to enblend and/or smartblend:

the actual Enblend Front End which supports enblend only.
Enblend GUI which supports both enblend and SmartBlend.

Both GUIs simplify the use of Enblend (or SmartBlend) so the user does not need to run it from a command line. It's extremely useful after using Erik Krause's Export Layers With Alpha javascript for Photoshop .
