Based out of China, Easypano has several different programs. TourWeaver is the flagship product. It can create robust virtual tours including floor plans and compass. The interface is easy to use and understand (although the help files still have a lot of grammar / translation problems). You can download trial versions from their website and see the TourWeaver features.

One of the unique features is the ability to create custom skins and cool looking ones at that. This means that you can have a custom look for each tour you create. Tours created with this product are among the most professional I have seen.

But the price is hefty: $500 for the pro version, $200 for the standard version (branded with the Easypano logo and link, can't be removed.) The newest version also requires online activation. But you get what you pay for. The tours are professional looking and full featured. Many consider the product overpriced, though.
